Dr. Michael J. Nusbaum, MD, FACS, FASMBS
Dr. Michael J. Nusbaum is a board-certified surgeon and the founder of Nusbaum Medical Centers, where Woman's Health NJ delivers physician-led hormone and nutrition care. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (FASMBS), and a graduate of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
He serves as Chief of Bariatric Surgery at Morristown Medical Center, has been recognized as a New Jersey Top Doctor since 2007, and has appeared as a medical expert on national television. His philosophy is simple: patients deserve to be truly heard, properly evaluated, and treated by a physician who is still here for them next year.

Dr. Daria Klachko-Totten, MD
With more than 20 years of clinical experience and thousands of New Jersey babies delivered, board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Daria Klachko-Totten has devoted her career to caring for women at every stage of life. She is a New Jersey Top Doctor (New Jersey Monthly) and a Compassionate Care Award recipient.
Her focus turned to the menopausal transition and hormone-related health, and as a National Medical Director at Optum Health she leads menopause education seminars for client groups nationwide. At Nusbaum Medical Centers she offers consultative, whole-person care for women navigating hormonal change — guiding them through a sometimes rocky transition with clarity, compassion and evidence-based solutions.
Dr. Annette Nusbaum, MD, FACR
Internationally recognized and board-certified, Dr. Annette O. Nusbaum brings more than two decades at the forefront of advanced laser and imaging medicine to Nusbaum Medical Centers and LUXX MedSpa. A fellowship-trained neuroradiologist who spent 20 years at NYU Langone Medical Center, her unrivaled command of head, neck and facial anatomy gives her a precision few aesthetic physicians can match.
She specializes in non-invasive body and facial skin rejuvenation using the world’s most advanced modalities — BBL HERO, HALO laser resurfacing, microneedling, PRP and PRFM, Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers — delivering natural, lasting results. Patients trust her for an artist’s eye for balance paired with a physician’s precision.
